Customers can now place and track their transport orders on the Transuniverse Forwarding portal. Everything is done in a simple, clear and very user-friendly manner.
As soon as you have logged in, you can book your shipment. To do this, simply fill in what you want to have shipped, where to and when it should be picked up, as well as any other specific information relevant to the shipment. You will then receive a clear summary of your order with the status ‘order placed’. Our back office confirms the order and changes the status to ‘order registered’.
When the driver picks up your goods, he informs the back office on his tablet. The order is then changed to ‘order collected’ on the portal. After that, your shipment goes to our cross-dock platform where it is grouped with other shipments for the destination region. A lorry leaves from Wondelgem, heading for one of our partners’ distribution platforms in the destination country. Once your goods have been delivered to the customer, the status on the portal is changed to ‘order delivered’. The ‘Proof of Delivery’ (PoD) is then available on the portal.
Our accounts department draws up the invoice. This is then also available on the portal. The PoD and other documents can be requested easily. The whole system is user friendly and transparent. Discover it on http://portal.transuniverse.be/
