Are you the motivated claims handler we’re looking for to strengthen our team?
Your duties consist of:
- You are the point of contact for customers regarding damage and claims reports and follow up on these meticulously;
- You provide accurate and comprehensive information and analyse the situation alongside the departments concerned;
- You register and follow up on claims according to set guidelines and procedures.
- You have excellent communication skills – both internal and external communication are crucial.
Customer satisfaction is a priority and communication across different departments is a daily occurrence.
- You can set priorities and you are proactive.
- You can express yourself easily in Dutch, French and English.
- Knowledge of CMR legislation is a plus point.
