Are you the motivated claims handler we’re looking for to strengthen our team?


Your duties consist of:

  • You are the point of contact for customers regarding damage and claims reports and follow up on these meticulously;
  • You provide accurate and comprehensive information and analyse the situation alongside the departments concerned;
  • You register and follow up on claims according to set guidelines and procedures.



Your profile

  • You have excellent communication skills – both internal and external communication are crucial.
    Customer satisfaction is a priority and communication across different departments is a daily occurrence.
  • You can set priorities and you are proactive.
  • You can express yourself easily in Dutch, French and English.
  • Knowledge of CMR legislation is a plus point.
