Job Description:

You are the first point of contact for the customer regarding transport options, order acceptance, follow-up of shipments, changes … All this for the purpose of correct customer service and customer satisfaction.

Your daily tasks include receiving, accepting and registering customer orders. You do this on specific customer portals. You provide and obtain the necessary information for smooth collection and delivery. You ensure that the information is correctly transferred into the TMS system.

You are the link between the customer, our national & international planners and agents. Another aspect of your job is handling complaints, finally you are responsible for the monthly reporting.

 

Competencies and Skills:

  • You can fall back on a first experience in a similar position in a logistics environment.
  • You are stress resistant given the busy and dynamic nature of the job.
  • You work accurately and have an eye for detail, as well as good prioritization skills.
  • You are a problem solver and are able to come up with proactive solutions.
  • Your social and communication skills ensure a smooth follow-up.
  • You can work independently as well as in a team.
  • A good knowledge of Dutch and English is required. Knowledge of French is a plus, as well as any other additional language.

We offer a full-time contract of indefinite duration, with flexible working arrangements, in the Joint Committee 226. After the induction period, you can work from home two days per week.

Salary negotiable according to experience, including: meal vouchers, group and hospitalization insurance, eco vouchers, training budget & laptop.
